Below are important dates that need to be considered when submitting papers to ASSETS 2009. Please note that all the dates given are Hard Deadlines and no extensions will be given.
- Requests for mentors: February 27, 2009
- Paper submission: May 10, 2009
- Notification of acceptance (papers): June 29, 2009
- Poster and demo submission: July 6, 2009
- Student research competition submission: July 6, 2009
- Doctoral consortium submission: July 17, 2009
- Notification of acceptance (posters and demos): July 27, 2009
- Notification of acceptance (student research competition): July 27, 2009
- Camera-ready materials due: August 11, 2009
- Early registration deadline: August 22, 2009
- Notification of acceptance (doctoral consortium): August 21, 2009
Submission Times
All deadlines are at midnight HAST (GMT-10:00) on the specified day.
As an example, full papers must be uploaded before Midnight (24:00), May 10th, HST (GMT-10).

- 3:00 AM, Monday, May 11th, PDT (Los Angeles)
- 4:00 AM, Monday, May 11th, MDT (Denver)
