The conference hotel
The hotel has been specifically chosen for its accessibility provision, and its staff will be
happy to discuss any special accommodations you may require. When reserving accommodation, state your
accessibility requirements explicitly, and book as far in advance as possible. The rooms we have reserved for
ASSETS include up to eight wheelchair accessible rooms. Please refer any unresolved issues to the
conference general chair.
ASSETS technical program sessions
All of the technical program session venues should be ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible.
Additionally, and new for this year, American Sign Language interpreters will be provided upon request for
all ASSETS technical sessions and
events. Requests for an interpreter must be indicated on the conference
registration form when registering for ASSETS 2006.
ASSETS social events
We intend that all advertised ASSETS social events will be available to all participants. All of the events
currently scheduled will take place within the conference hotel. Updated details on other events will be made
available on this page in due course.
