Accommodation rates
We have negotiated the following special conference rates for ASSETS participants:
- Single occupancy rate - $139.00 + taxes
- Double occupancy rate - $159.00 + taxes
- Triple occupancy rate - $179.00 + taxes
- Quad occupancy rate - $199.00 + taxes
Please note that these rates include full cooked breaskfast for each hotel guest.
Important note: these rates are confirmed up to 21st September, 2006.
Reservations made after this date may not receive the special conference rate.
Booking a room
To book rooms at the conference rate, go to the Embassy Suites'
web-site.
Guests can enter their preferred arrival and departure dates on the right-hand side of the page, and will then be directed to the
"Reservations Detail" page.
From here they will add room type request, etc. and then will need to scroll down the page to the portion titled "Special Accounts".
Guests will then enter the three letter code "ACM" in the "Group/Convention Code" field, and from here, the group rate will appear.
Alternatively, please telephone the hotel and quote "ACM" when making your reservation.
Please also specify any accessibility requirements (e.g. wheelchair accessible room) at the time of booking.
