Sunday evening optional dinner

For those who plan to arrive at the conference hotel 6.15 pm or earlier, an optional group trip to a local restaurant (within a short walking distance) will be arranged.

• Depart hotel lobby at 6.30 pm
• We will choose the restaurant based on the number of people attending. Entrees should be in the $10-$20 range.
• Payment will be the responsibility of each attendee at the restaurant. The meal cost is not included in your registration.
• Your name must be on our list to guarantee a place. Deadline: October 1st. Email Chris Law.

Monday evening reception

The conference reception and dinner will take place from 7-9 pm at the conference hotel. The cost of the reception is included with your registration. For additional tickets please contact the registration chair, John Black.

Tuesday evening optional harbor dinner cruise

Join your colleagues for a 3 hour buffet dinner cruise around the Baltimore Harbor area.

• Depart hotel lobby at 6.30. The boat is a couple of blocks from the hotel. Tour is from 7-10pm.
• Cost will be $48 per person. Dinner Buffet included. DJ and dancing. Cash bar available.
• Accessible for wheelchair users, and service animals are accommodated.
• You must reserve a place by October 1st: Email Chris Law..
• Note: This tour is subject to cancellation or $2 rate increase if less than 25 people register.
